General Overview

Oakshire Condominium Association is located in Thornton, Colorado at W. 120th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard. The Association consists of 120 Condominiums and was established in 1999. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

Pool

What better way to enjoy summer than at the Association’s pool? Open during the summer season, the pool is a wonderful place for water aerobics, swimming or enjoying a book by the water.

Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Access: Access is permitted to owners with a zero balance on their account. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager.

Tennis Courts

With the wonderful weather in Colorado, the tennis courts always give you an excuse to get outside. Enjoy a game of tennis on the three courts without having to leave the community!

Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Access: Access is permitted to all owners on a first come, first serve basis.
